Green Sand Subdivision - wooded, private lot at the end of Pua St in lower Green Sands with Christmasberry, ekoa and other vegetation present. Power is at the front corner of the property and the SSPP status will be investigated with Helco and updated here. This lot was corner staked a few years ago and the stakes should be visible, so the seller will not pay for re-staking. The end of Pua St is gated before the last few lots, but will probably not be locked, so one can either just park and walk in or push it open to drive to the end.
